Description
Hero (HERO) – The Future of Banking in Southeast Asia.
Hero’s mission is to make credit more readily available and affordable for the unbanked or underbanked, starting in Southeast Asia. All of the proceeds from the sale of the Hero Origen Token will be donated to a non-profit Foundation we are establishing in Switzerland.
ICO start date: Feb. 1, 2018 ICO end date: Feb. 28. 2018
Concept
Hero has been created to make both financial return and positive social impact. A Hero token represents the right to receive a reward, which is part of the interest income earned. It does not represent equity in the company nor have any intrinsic value. All tokens in aggregate will have the right to receive up to 20% of interest income.
The Hero Capital Market Platform will utilize blockchain and smart contract technology which will enable a network of financial service marketplaces comprised of a series of interdependent and mutually reinforcing projects in the Southeast Asian market focused primarily on promoting financial inclusion, transparency, and efficiency by enabling the efficient, frictionless, legally enforceable, and profitable transfer of digital currency to/from local fiat currency in order to provide capital for individuals and businesses in markets that are currently excluded from transparent and efficient access to financial services.

History
Since 2015, through the subsidiary company : [1], Hero has been disrupting the current financial system that excludes 2 billion people from the banking system by leveraging technology to create a more inclusive, transparent, and efficient system that allows people to access financial services in Southeast Asia. The team behind the Hero Token started the 1st fully licensed online pawnshop PawnHero in Southeast Asia. PawnHero essentially turns every mobile phone into a pawnshop. Because it uses technology, the interest rates are half of what traditional pawnshops charge.
