UnitedCrowd is a corporate group consisting of several legal entities operating in the blockchain and crypto industry.
UnitedCrowdCom Ltd is the token issuer and licenser of the UnitedCrowd Platform, a desktop and mobile software application for investing into tokensales and launching tokens. The Ltd was founded by André Wendt and Michael Göymen in 2016 in Hong Kong.
UnitedCrowd GmbH is a licence holder of UnitedCrowdCom Ltd and operates as a marketing, distribution, sales and project company in Germany. Its CEO Ulrich Kemp is a well known manager with lots of experience. The GmbH was founded in 2019 by Ulrich Kemp, Michael Göymen, André Wendt, Christian Schwarz and Till Zier. The company is an active member in the blockchain community, being a founding member of ITSA, member of BVMW and many other associations dedicated to standardize and strengthen the crypto community.
UnitedCrowd OÜ in Estland, founded in 2019 by André Wendt acts as licensor for wallet and exchange services.

By modulating financial products on the Blockchain, UnitedCrowd is able to offer innovative solutions for raising and investing capital. Companies receive regulatory compliant financing solutions and international investors benefit from access to fractional ownership of quality approved investment options.
For implementation, a technical solution has been developed based on four pillars that dynamically interlink: Platform, Tokenization framework, Multi-Wallet and Launchpad.
The UnitedCrowd Platform connects companies and investors for digital investments. The multilingual and web-based platform allows the implementation of blockchain-based financing models. Equipped with many features and intuitive to use, the UnitedCrowd platform is an all-in-one digital finance tool.
The Tokenization Framework enables the automated and regulatory compliant issuance of financial products on the Ethereum, Stellar, and EOS blockchains through the use of if-then rules. The service portfolio includes both utility, security and hybrid token concepts.
The UnitedCrowd Multi-Wallet is available to registered users as an integrated part of the platform and is also available as a separate app free of charge.
The Token Launchpad enables companies to set up and execute digital financing campaigns in just a few steps, automated and based on the UnitedCrowd Tokenization Framework.
A substantial part of the business model is the UnitedCrowd Community, a network of investors, which UnitedCrowd offers active participation and access to exclusive investment. The network is powered by the UnitedCrowd Token (UCT). For this purpose, the token has rights of use that enable the active involvement of international investors in the process of tokenization and the development of future tokenization concepts.
