History

In January 2026, Strive completed an all-stock acquisition of Semler Scientific. The transaction combined the companies' Bitcoin holdings, while Semler Scientific continued as a wholly owned subsidiary.[6][7]

Business

Strive's operations combine asset management with a corporate Bitcoin-treasury strategy. Its asset-management business offers investment products and related services. The public company states that it deploys capital to acquire and hold Bitcoin as a primary treasury asset.[8]
