From BitcoinWiki

The Bitcoin address bc1qgdjqv0av3q56jvd82tkdjpy7gdp9ut8tlqmgrpmv24sq90ecnvqqjwvw97 is a native SegWit pay-to-witness-script-hash (P2WSH) address with one of the largest confirmed balances on the Bitcoin network. At block 964,405 on 28 August 2026, it held 130,010.07902736 BTC and ranked fourth among individual addresses.[1][2]

On-chain record

Explorer records date the address's first activity to 16 August 2019. It has processed substantial incoming and outgoing value, so its balance at any block is only the remaining set of unspent outputs, not the total amount that has passed through the address.[3]

The address's P2WSH form identifies a script-hash spending condition. It does not reveal the legal or economic owner of the bitcoins.

Attribution research

ChainQuery attributes the address to Bitfinex cold storage using what it describes as medium-confidence in-house cluster analysis. The provider also states that Bitfinex did not disclose the address directly.[4] BitInfoCharts applies a similar wallet label, but this is not independent proof of control.[3]

No primary Bitfinex disclosure was located in the review completed on 29 August 2026. The attribution should therefore be read as an analytical research lead, not a confirmed statement about current custody or beneficial ownership.
